‘My proudest achievement is my beautiful children’ 😍.

Before joining Slimming World and transforming her life, Claire – our Woman of the Year 2025 🌟 – longed to be a mum. After trying to conceive for seven years, she joined her local group hoping to lose enough weight to have IVF.

There, she got the support to turn her life around – in just nine months she lost 8st 7.6lbs (54.2kg) and conceived her first daughter 🤗. Today, she’s an astonishing 18st 7.5lbs (117.7kg) lighter and a proud mum to two girls.

We are very excited to announce that Nottingham's very own ⛸️ Ice Skating Legends Torvill and Dean ⛸️ will be doing the honours and switching on Nuthall Christmas Lights 2025! 🎉

📅 Sunday 16th November - The lights will be switched on at 6pm

Hosted by BBC Nottingham's Rob Rose 🎤

There will also be live music from Heidi Fletcher-Smith from around 5pm 🎵 🎶

Santa's Gift Shop will be open and cakes and hot chocolate will also be on offer🧁 ☕️

57 stone 4.5 lbs gone forever in one month!! 👀 👀 👀 Look what my and members lost in the month of October. Haven’t they done well? What will they be losing in November? And what an amazing they will be giving themselves. The best gift ever!

‘I’ve found me again – now I’m helping others do the same ❤️!’
