Innate intelligence relates to the body’s inherent capacity to heal and maintain itself. To perform self-repair. This concept suggests that from birth, we possess an innate knowledge that guides growth, health and adaptation to the environment. The nervous system acts as the communication network for this intelligence, transmitting signals between the brain and body’s cells, tissues and organs.

In addition to the physical benefits of fasting, what I personally appreciate the most from the experience is the sense of peace and calm that infuses throughout all of my being. Absolute serenity.

The notable heightening of my senses is always astounding and the deeper connection to nature, to myself and to the greater collective is inexplicable in words! ✨

Rather than treating isolated symptoms, fasting allows the body as a whole to address the root causes of illness and promote overall well-being.

Wise words shared from “Tissue Cleansing Through Bowel Management” written by Bernard Jensen!

The good news is that focusing on supporting this channel of elimination can provide significant improvements in your digestive system and overall health.

Some simple steps to consider:

Remove processed ‘food-like’ products from your life (they are dis-ease forming)

Eat plenty of organic wholefoods (these are REAL FOOD and health giving)

Practice deep breathing before meals and be present (no phones/e-mails)

Chew your food for longer! (Digestion starts in the mouth)

Walk for 10 minutes after eating your meals (supports digestion and helps control blood sugar levels)

Drink several glasses of spring/filtered water throughout the day (preferably 30mins before or after meals to avoid diluting digestive enzymes)

The body has a healing system that is always in operation and interacts with the mind.

Very little research exists on healing and what has been done is too narrow in scope. A serious field for investigation!

The first comprehensive search of the medical literature for case reports on ‘spontaneous remission’ was published in 1993 as a thick, annotated bibliography, containing hundreds of references. 74% of them concern cancer and with the help of the internet I see more cases daily of those who have healed themselves (and in some cases, healed their children, who were sent home to die).

Optimise your healing system with nourishing organic whole foods, deep breath work, clean water, exercise, nature immersion, sleep, visualisation, reduce your stress, enjoy hobbies/creativity and surround yourself with uplifting people!
