Well-Being for All

We are a not for profit community service working from Okehampton Medical Centre, the Ockment Community Centre, and more recently we will also be working on line. We are very happy to have been awarded funding from the Coronavirus Community support fund . This has enabled us to offer short online courses to promote self care, you can also share what you learn with family and friends. Courses include, mixing and blending essential oils, meditation and massage to name a few. There will also be a chance to meet up through our online coffee mornings, Eve will be running some online seated Yoga classes and you can choose from the following complementary therapies Reflexology . Foot Massage . Aromatherapy . Reiki . Back Massage. Indian Head Massage . Manual Lymphatic Drainage . Ear Acupuncture
