I love the flexibility my role as a Slimming World consultant gives me . It has enabled me to step in and be a hands on nanny 2 days a week whilst my daughter works. Im so loving spending that special time watching my gorgeous granddaughter grow and develop so beautifully. We get to have lots of lovely adventures together. Today we've been out in nature at the beautiful Warley Woods, lunches in their cafe . Had a trip to Bearwood market to pick some lovely things from Logo prints . Lots of cuddles, lots of laughs together and a nanny covered in meatball pasta ( if you know you know xx looking forward to many more adventures together xx

Im very blessed to have a car sat right outside my house to use whenever I want . But I know it can make me lazy using it for those short journeys that I could walk, so with the gorgeous blue sky looking at me I decided to ditch the car and walk to the post office 22 minutes there and back. Im so glad I did because it made me spot the signs that nature knows best, better, brighter days are on their way 🌞 gave me time to reflect on my own journey and where I'd like to be when those summer days arrive, so dipped into shop on the way back and came out with just a bottle of diet pop. Feeling, lighter and brighter. Think I will leave the car at home more often xx

What a day! Across our fabulous Tuesday group, we’ve achieved a total weight loss of 139.5lb — that’s nearly 10 stone gone in one day! 💪💃

We’re bursting with pride for:

🌟 First week losses of 5.5lb and 6.5lb — what a start!

Today's been a good day . Gorgeous blue sky, washing blowing in the breeze , healthy shopping haul sorted , batch cook chunky beef chilli bubbling away in the slow cooker, veg in the steamer ready for dinner. The dog has been my shadow too and makes a wonderful companion xx

Raffles ready for our Terrific Tuesday Slimmers at Warley Baptist Church 9.30am, 11am, 3.30pm, 5.30pm, 7pm.
We will be celebrating the beauty of Food Optimising, helping each other enjoy some delicious, filling, nutritious meals, helping each other plan those healthy snacks for when the hunger monster calls .
We will support each other to plan for any up coming events , including eating out, celebrations and holidays.
And we will be supporting, welcoming and offering the arm of friendship and understanding xx
