Hi , I'm Julie the consultant at Warley Baptist Church and The Oak Tree Centre on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

Love everything about supporting my members, watching smiles grow, seeing friendships develop, hearing all the amazing tips, ideas and recipes shared and definitely handing out those weight loss and activity awards.

When im not in group you're most likely to find me with my family, especially my gorgeous granddaughter who arrived last year and makes my heart sing.

It's thanks to Slimming World that im able to enjoy helping out fully, getting up and down off the floor is easier 6 stone lighter. I'm not currently at target myself ( yes im human too ) so im on my own journey to lose just over one stone this year.

I absolutely love food, and Food Optimising allows me to enjoy my favourites and still lose weight.

My members tell me im mad as a box of frog's,.I love that we get to have those laughs in group, usually at me getting my words in a muddle.

So if you're looking for help and support with weight loss , want to do it without hunger and get support from someone who "gets it " and promises to care . I'd love to meet you xx
