I'm out today with Quinton slimming world with jules letting the local community know about all most of the local Slimming world groups. You may see slightly different posters depending on location . All groups friendly and welcoming with a trained consultant to navigate you through our amazing eating plan and activity programme. Stopped off for a healthy bite to eat The Bear Thank-you it was delicious xx come and say hi if you see us 🥰

💍✨ Wedding dress ready! ✨💍

I joined Slimming World back in September with one goal – to feel more confident when trying on wedding dresses for my big day in 2026. Fast forward to now… I’m over the moon to share that I’ve lost 2½ stone 🎉

I still feel like me – but now so much more confident, comfortable, and happy in my own skin ❤️ The best part? The Food Optimising plan makes it so easy to follow, I can still get creative in the kitchen and enjoy all the foods I love 😍
