Final day of our Teenage well-being and anxiety workshop , what an inspirational group of young adults , I feel truly honoured to have been able to get to know such a fierce fabulous and inspirational young women. 💙
Today we are off out for a country walk with some mindfulness and grounding techniques 💙

Struggles with Mental health and finances are at an all time high, many people would like to access private mental health services but feel the burden of the cost is preventing them

We feel this too and would like to reach out to those that are struggling and invite them to have the chance to access support with a little less worry....

The Therapy Hive is inviting 5 clients to book with us with our discounted rate,

As you may be aware,,Therapy sessions can range from between £45 and £120 per session

We are offering 5 clients to book their sessions at a cost of just £30 each.

This offer is for adults and teens, and sessions are held in our comfortable ,confidential and local therapy suite. Sessions can be face to face or by video link

Easter Half-Term Teenage Well-Being & Anxiety Workshop 🫂

Monday 11th April 2022-Thursday 14th April 2022 @ 10am - 11.15am

£70 for a 4 day workshop (1 hour and 15 minutes per session) consisting of group learning exercises and activities - a warm and safe space to talk and listen to others as well as looking at potential triggers, relaxation techniques, person-centred therapy and some solution-focussed work to try at home.
