✨Somatic Breathwork ✨ after a sustained period of stress and overstimulation I have been struggling sleeping and been on autopilot in high alert. 😒 Last week I received my own treatment off which was amazing! Following this I listened to a podcast which referenced somatic breathwork. This is something I haven’t focused on for a while as life has definitely caught up with me recently…. All I can say is WOW - I completed the YouTube video above last night and it has blown my mind. I would encourage everyone to give it a go it feels like my brain has been rebooted today 😂 after so long feeling frazzled this is a breath of fresh air! ☀️
