Booking onto a 4 week course for when you are roughly around 30 weeks, gives you the opportunity to be fully prepared in advance of your baby’s arrival. Starting at this time means you will complete your course 6 weeks prior to your due date 📆

Why did I start The Birthing Circle? ✨

1) Affordability - seeing the prices of some antenatal courses made me wince. Affordable, in depth antenatal education should be accessible to all.

2) I was surprised to find that many antenatal courses in the UK are not taught by those who have trained or worked in a relevant role/clinical environment. As your teacher, I’m able to apply first hand experience of providing antenatal, labour & postpartum care.

3) A lot of the feedback I’ve had, when asking those who have used other providers, is that the education focusses heavily on vaginal delivery and breastfeeding. This does not prepare users for the many different scenarios that they may experience. The Birthing Circle aims to provide all of the information that you and your partner need.

Due in 2026?🤰🏽local to MK, Northampton or the surrounding areas?

I’m re-launching my antenatal courses at an introductory price of £59 for a 4 week course(!!). Starting 6th February, at the beautiful Weston Underwood Village Hall. Suitable for those due late March/April!

These courses are fun & interactive as well as evidence-based and taught by a healthcare professional.

Apologies for the radio silence… this is the reason for that 🥹✨

My first trimester was pretty rough so I thought best to take a step back from The Birthing Circle until I felt “normal” again! As well as having the professional experience, I can now hard relate to the user experience 😂

In addition to antenatal courses, I’m planning to start up both a postnatal group and an early pregnancy support group - I have realised how little support there is in those first 20 weeks or so!
