12 week, 12 kg loss. Week 2, day 3. It's Saturday so time for a fakeaway. Tonight it is pizza and fries. Home made fries. Just a potato chipped, rinsed, par boiled, refrigerated for a couple of hours, seasoned and air fried. 100 calories. Pizza was a greek style flatbread 213 calories. Lidl deluxe tomato and grilled pepper sauce 30 calories, light cheese 150 calories. Half pineapple ring 20 calories, (sorry if you arnt a pineapple on pizza believer but I am) half a peperami stick 50 calories, one mushroom 10 calories and one slice mozzarella ball 20 calories. Finished with a drizzle of pesto. . A pizza under 500 calories. 494 calories. Absolutely mind blowing delicious and filling. Dessert a high protein chocolate and caramel pudding. Just divine. 122 calories. Have to remind myself I am actually on a calorie deficit diet. I'm preferring this food now. Total calories for fakeaway and dessert 716 calories. Higher than a normal meal but alot less calories than a real takeaway. Happy weekend.
