Some classes I coach:
Pump & TONE...Exhaust your muscles with light to moderate weights and perform high repetitions in a single workout. This will give you sculpted shoulders, defined biceps and triceps, strong lean legs, firm glutes and a tight core. You'll burn fat, burn more calories and achieve more meaningful fat loss and muscle fatigue to build strength without building bulk. It's a combination of Latin rhythm and spicy dance steps - with its fun and easy to follow rountine, you'll tone your body from head to toe - all without feeling like you're working out at all....
So ditch the workout and join the party ;-)

KHAI BO is the funky version of martial arts. A stylised choreography of kicks and punches to music that gives a non-stop cardio workout. Yoga Bodyflow core strength - this class is a mixture of yoga, tai chi and pilates - this workout builds flexibility and strength (working abs and back lengthening and strengthening all muscle groups, . and leaves you feeling centred and calm. All Fitness Levels welcome!!

I just wanted to take a moment to thank each and every one of you for your amazing support and commitment throughout our Pilates, Cardio Dance and PT sessions this year. Whether you were strengthening your core in Pilates, breaking a sweat in Cardio Dance or hitting your personal achievement your enthusiasm and dedication have been truly inspiring.

It’s been such a rewarding experience to see all of you pushing yourselves and achieving your fitness goals. I’m so grateful for the positive energy you bring to every class, and I feel lucky to be a part of your fitness journey.

Looking ahead to the new year, I’m excited to continue working with you all—more challenges, fun workouts, and growth await us in both Pilates and Cardio Dance! Thank you again for being such an important part of this community.
