Looking for tips to lose weight and keep it off for good 👀? Haifa lost 1st 7lbs (9.5kg) thanks to the power of our healthy eating plan, Food Optimising, and her supportive group and Consultant Jesse (jessefuller_sw on Instagram)… And, even better, she’s been at her personal target since August last year 🙌. Here are some of her top tips for maintaining weight loss:
