Moving On - Leonard Cheshire Northern Ireland Our aim is to deliver a programme that is unique and exciting. volunteering, enterprise and self-employment.

Moving On is aimed at people between the ages of 15 and 22 with a physical disability, sensory disability, ABI, Statement of Educational Needs or on the ASD spectrum. We offer a programme that young people excluded from education, employment and training can participate in to achieve their potential. Delivered on a one-to-one and group basis, Moving On will offer a peer supported programme leading

to greater independence and citizenship via opportunities for personal development through our self-determination training programme, looking at areas such as self-esteem, self-awareness, goal-setting, decision-making, self-advocacy, etc.
