QI GONG - LEARNING TO LISTEN TO YOUR BODY
Most people live in a lifestyle that keeps them in a state of constant high-alert (fight or flight), where stress builds quietly over time until it becomes the new normal and you forget how to actually release it.
This 90-minute introductory Qi Gong seminar focuses on stress regulation, posture, breathing, and reducing unnecessary tension.
Teaching you to exit the "fight-or-flight" cycle and begin listening to your body again.
Instead of chasing performance or flexibility, we focus on the Three Regulations:
Aligning the body
Settling the breath
Calming the mind
Qi Gong works by slowing things down enough for the nervous system to feel safe again.
When that happens, the body can begin to regulate and heal on its own.
We’ll work through simple standing and movement practices designed to:
• Calm the nervous system
• Improve breathing and posture
• Reduce physical and mental tension
• Help you feel more at ease in your body
Open to all levels and backgrounds - no experience needed.
No fitness or flexibility needed
No special equipment required
