Come along and enjoy a calming hour in my Mindfulness Studio… no experience needed!
Find out what mindfulness is all about and see whether you like my style of teaching!
There will be short grounding and meditation practices and some very gentle mindful movement (which can be done seated or standing).
You will leave with ideas for incorporating mindfulness into your everyday life and two audio recordings to use at home.
