So this is what is what Madame Perks currently gets up to in her spare time. Wild swimming. I cannot praise it highly enough.

Being in nature and hanging out with a fab bunch of girls helps you to appreciate how blinking lucky you are.

Got my Friday smile on!

This weekend I will mostly be taking time out in nature, camping under the stars, wild swimming, SUP'ing and just generally enjoying being with a good bunch of girlfriends.

Time in nature is so important in our hectic lives. I've been devoting more time to it and the payback is phenomenal. I feel epic!

Today's been one of those days. It could have gone either way with the weather being grim (great weather for 🦆 here).

Instead I have embraced the challenge of staying motivated and it has paid off. We are a step closer to relaunching the Eco Perk box!
