We ordered in some amazing sushi, had some good toones, fab company and just the most amazing birthday chocolate cake 🍫🎂... So filling, we almost cried afterwards!

I can so highly recommend zip world caverns where we went yesterday! In North wales 🌈 Just awesome✨:mainly i think because i was pretty terrified at one point and had to be talked round by the instructor as i could not move! . Great challenge ❤️
Id totally do it again if anyone s up for it!?

This time last year i started teaching my yoga disco to children,
Here I am!

now I'm teaching Mindfulness Yoga to my colleagues within the NHS children and adult mental health team in which i work.

I really enjoy offering weekly sessions that help my colleagues with their own mental health and my own, i have to say.

I'm very grateful that i have been enabled to offer something i love as part of my day job. Its what i always wanted to do.

Last week myself and my close buddies and Jeremy decided we would drive down to the Gower and go sky diving 😳 I honestly did not sleep not one wink the previous night and was in a blurry haze pretty much of the whole day🌎..

I've just watched the video and witnessed the terror on my face the moment we fell out the plane plus all the strange shapes it made as my lips blew raspberrys!

I can honestly say though that doing this has definitely pushed me in all the right places and I've realised that i am a brave girl after all 👧✌️... Who knew!

I feel like i can do anything i set my mind too 😎

Last day of my summer holiday s today
And i am not gonna lie. I am a little bit sad about it 😐

Summer s been ace this year 😎

I did feel sorry for my youngest going back to school today, however he said first day back and it wasn't too bad, so thankful for that.

Start new job tomorrow and have lots of news ideas for the rest of this year so I'm gonna keep on truckin 👍and just start working towards putting them all in place..
