We are rolling out a new Foundation Pilates class on a Wednesday lunchtime with Katie. The class will run weekly at 1pm.
What does ‘Foundation’ mean?
Our foundation classes are great for beginners, but they are also perfect if you have had a break from Pilates and are starting back up again. I would also recommend these classes to anyone rehabbing an injury as we have a bit more time to make modifications and adjustments as needed. This type of class is also really great if you just want to take it steady and focus on technique.
