On Sunday I had the honour of facilitating a Sound Bath for the wonderful & on their day retreat ☺️

Always such a pleasure spending time with these two beautiful souls and their equally beautiful tribe. 💚

It was my first time visiting Well House Yoga Space and what a gorgeous venue it is!

It was lovely to see so many familiar faces alongside lots of new ones too. I’m already looking forward to the next one. 🎉

Well done ladies — the energy, atmosphere and feedback throughout the day was incredible. 💪

Sometimes I forget how much my life has changed in a few years...

The work I get to do, the people around me, the van, the adventures and creating memories in a place that now feel like home. It's the kind of life I used to daydream about. 💭

Very grateful for it all and proud of myself for trusting the path, even when it made no sense. It wouldn't have been possible without the support from my loved ones. 💚

Beyond thrilled to share that I’ll be facilitating two Elemental Sound Journeys at WOW Festival this June!

A beautiful gathering in Northallerton, surrounded by nature, community and a sacred stone circle resting at the top of the hill… pure magic. 🌿

This weekend is all about empowerment, celebration, connection, growth, support and healing. A space for women to come home to themselves and be held exactly as they are. 💜

Rie & Annalice, the founders of WOW, are truly inspiring souls who have supported so many women on their journeys, and I feel so honoured to be part of what they are creating.

Also slightly giddy that I get to share a bell tent with 😁

Yesterday’s 14 mile adventure was an unexpected one 😁

We quickly realised there was no chance of getting my van out of Otley thanks to the marathon closures… so the universe clearly decided we were exploring on foot instead!

The atmosphere in town was incredible though. I managed to spot from across the crowd and absolutely pegged it through the marketplace trying to get somewhere she could see me waving like a proud mum 😂 (wasn't sucsesful!) Huge well done to Team Ananda 💪

14 miles later, lots of laughs, wholesome chats, tired legs and one of those days that reminds you how beautiful life is 🌿💜

Creating these spaces at .studios.morley fills my soul!

I don’t just throw a few instruments in a room and play. Every session is created from feeling, energy, intention and tuning into what the group needs in that moment.

I love all the little details… the lighting, the scents, the flow of the sounds, the feeling when you walk into the room and instantly exhale. I want people to feel held, safe, connected and able to simply be.

These sessions are for the people who feel deeply. The overthinkers, the burnt out nervous systems, the nature lovers, the souls craving stillness, release and reconnection 💚

The next Sound Relaxation Session will be on Friday 15th May, 7–8pm.

This session will feature lots of water-inspired sounds, alongside some beautiful new instruments for you to experience and enjoy 🌊

The water element is deeply connected to emotion, intuition, flow and relaxation.

Expect flowing, immersive sounds that mirror the movement of water — from gentle rain and oceanic tones to deep, resonant vibrations. Inviting you to release what feels heavy, connect with your emotions and allow things to move through you rather than staying held within. You'll settle into the session with a water themed guided meditation (yoga nidra).

I worked most of the bank holiday weekend but gave myself yesterday afternoon off. It felt like I experienced a whole weekend of magic in just a few hours!
