I have now walked 125 miles of the south west coast path and am officially in Cornwall 🙌. Feeling super proud and grateful. Grateful that I now have the energy and health in order to do this and experience the beauty of the SWCP.

Last week I finally walked the 16 miles and 1400m ascent from Hartland Quay to Bude. Was a beautiful but challenging walk.

Getting out in nature is often what we all need especially in our busy lives. A recent walk in the trees increased my energy, allowed me time and space to be present and gave me that real sense of peace.

I invite you all to get into nature this weekend, even if its your back garden. Leave your phone at home and really connect to your surroundings. I bet you'll feel great after!

Overwhelm is very real for many people including myself. Our internal deadlines, fixation with perfectionism and our need to keep on doing really don't help us. I have just bought a house and have so much to decorate, fix and buy. It feels overwhelming at present. But I have a choice, I can let the overwhelm take hold, feel completely stressed and out of control Or I can choose to let go of the deadlines I'm setting, be more present and take some time for my own wellbeing. I know what I'm choosing today. Will you join me in taking back control?
