Did you know that in the earliest calendar created by the Romans, they didn't bother to name the months January or February because it was too dark and cold to do anything. Instead, this period was just known as the waiting for Spring. Don't spend the start of 2026 waiting for Spring, use this time to reset your mental, relax after the busyness of December and take some time for peace πŸͺ·

When the temperature drops, our blood vessels and nerves constrict to decrease blood flow, allowing us to keep our organs warm. This means that our joints can become painful during the festive season, so make sure you're looking after yourself, maybe do some stretching, and be careful getting the decorations out of the loft!
