Try closing your eyes , relax , concentrate on your breathing , allowing your troubles to fade away ,
Ask the universe for deep healing of your soul
Imagine water washing away all those negative thoughts , and allow the peace and energy of the great spirit to cleanse you
Imagine a water spirit joining you , calm the waters of life

Hello and welcome to my page,

I started my spiritual journey about 6 years ago and one of the things I was drawn to was healing.

I then moved on Reiki Universal life force energy healing,some people ask what’s the difference? I believe you have to heal yourself first before you can be a reiki healer then to become a clearer channel to heal.

Reiki brings what is needed at the time whether, mentally,physically, emotionally or spiritually.

I also work as a spirit artist, where healing can also come through this for a person,doing one to one sittings with mediumship.
