Raising funds for Oxford City Farm

Oxford friends, this is your sign to enjoy a yoga class *and* do something lovely for the community 💚

I’m hosting a **special fundraiser yoga class** at the wonderful Oxford City Farm, a place that brings people, animals, nature, and food together in the best way. They’re currently raising funds for their amazing programmes… so naturally, we’re rolling out the yoga mats 🧘‍♀️✨

**Here’s the plan:**
🗓 **Saturday 11th April**
⏰ **11:30am – 12:30pm**
📍 At the farm

It’s a regular yoga class… *but with extra smugness*, because **100% of proceeds go to the farm** 🙌

**Pricing (because normal prices are boring):**
🐐 £10 = buys a salt lick for a goat (iconic)
🐔 £15 = 20kg of treats for the hens (they will gossip about you kindly)
🌱 £25 = compost, seeds & pots (future veggies loading…)
🐑 £12 = hay for 4 sheep (yes, FOUR. Generous queen energy.)

⚠️ Only **11 spots available** keeping it cosy! If it fills up, I’ll open another class.

Can’t make it, but still want to donate? You can donate anyway, just grab a spot and let me know 💌

**Book here:** https://www.katiemcneilyoga.org/booking-calendar/fundraiser-for-oxford-city-farm?utm_medium=page_links&timezone=Europe%2FLondon&referral=service_details_widget

Come for the yoga, stay for the goats, leave feeling like a wholesome legend.

Hope to see you there 🧘‍♀️💛

Tending the Inner Light
A Winter Yoga Retreat

There’s something about winter that asks us to slow down.
The days are quieter, the light softer and nature gently reminding us that rest is part of the rhythm too.

Lately, I’ve been reflecting on the idea of wintering as we emerge now into spring. And how the seasons shift.

And in that spirit, I’ve been quietly creating something special for this winter.
A few days of yoga, rest, and stillness in the beautiful Welsh countryside.
A space to breathe, reconnect, and tend to the light within.

I’ll be sharing more soon… but for now, just know something lovely is on its way.

If this speaks to you, drop a message below, and I’ll make sure you’re the first to hear when I share the details. (If you are already on the list, I got you!)

There’s something quietly powerful about stepping away.

When you leave your everyday rhythm, the to-do lists, the noise, the constant movement, something softens. You begin to hear your breath again. You feel your body more clearly. You remember what it’s like to move, rest, and simply be without rushing to the next thing.

Retreats are special because they create intentional space.
Space to ground.
Space to reflect.
Space to connect to yourself and to others.

✨ Day Retreats
A full day to reset and recharge. We’ll share yoga (flow + restorative), guided meditation and breathwork, mindful movement, deep relaxation, nourishing meals, and meaningful connection. Perfect if you want to step out of routine and refill your cup without going away for days.

✨ Longform Retreats
A multi-day immersion into yoga and mindfulness. Daily classes for all levels, workshops on breath and meditation, restorative sessions, reflection time, community, and space for real exhale. These retreats are for when you’re ready to truly step away and return home renewed and inspired.

All retreats are inclusive, grounding, and held with care, a space where you can deepen your practice beyond the mat.

If you’re feeling the call to pause, reconnect, and reset, I’d love to have you join.

Upcoming retreats:
Sunday 22nd March
With the wonderful
Awaken & Align | A Spring Equinox Yoga, Nature & Craft Retreat

Sunday 20th September
With the wonderful
Rest & Renew | a yoga, nature and water day retreat
*Alfresco spa included

Longform retreat - pop me a message if you would like to be on the mailing list for the launch

One of the reasons I teach yoga is because of how it makes me feel, calmer, steadier, more present. Especially during times of change and uncertainty. That feeling, more than any shape, is what I hope people take from my classes.

Bodies, breath, emotions, busy minds, all of it belongs.

In my classes, you’ll find grounding movement, clear guidance, options and choice, and an invitational approach that encourages curiosity rather than pushing. Sometimes there’s challenge, sometimes there’s deep rest, often there’s both. And occasionally, a shared laugh or a plot twist.

Whether you’re new to yoga, returning after a break, managing stress or simply craving space, my classes are here to support you.

Come back to the moment.
Breathe. And you. 🌿

If you’re curious or have questions, my inbox is always open.

Thank you to for the beaut new branding. .co fir the photos. and all the lovely peeps who came to be in the photos

I am not great at describing my own classes, so here is someone else doing it for me! Thank you! If you have a local yoga teacher that you really enjoy classes with, go give them a google review, it really helps!

"Katie is one of my favourite yoga teachers in Oxford! Her classes always feel so inspired and well thought out. Really creative flows and she does a great job guiding us into the poses. I feel like I can always make it my own and bring whatever level of energy I have that day. Katie brings such a friendly, joyful and calming energy. Highly recommend taking classes with her!"

Come along and join for open hearted classes in a welcoming atmosphere. A place where people remember your name. Where the goats bleat in the background, and a chicken may appear at the door, and we may all have a laugh together.

• Open sharing with fellow teachers
• Guided discussion around boundaries & burnout
• Practical takeaways you can actually use
