I teach in-person yoga and online classes in Oxford.

I also work one-to-one or in small groups, as well as corporate packages. I am currently teaching an online ZOOM gentle vinyasa yoga class once a week for anyone who would like to practice yoga together from wherever they are. I teach regularly at Sunshine Yoga Club, and cover classes for Everybody Studio and Prana Studio in Oxford. A monthly online sanctuary to come home to yourself and to each other. A place where we focus on compassion and grounding. A place where you can be at home and cosy, but together in our practice.

This is an hour of protected rest.
An invitation to slow down.
To listen inward.

What to expect:

January can be a tricky month sometimes. Perhpas it is a little harder to find moments of practice, or perpahs its the opposote and Januarry brings you energy and excitment.

We’re bringing together 60 minutes of grounding gentle Vinyasa (with Katie) and 60 minutes of deeply restful sound bath (with Emily), followed by tea, cake, and connecting conversation.

A gentle chance to move, rest, and reconnect with the natural rhythms around us, the changing seasons, the shift of light, the quiet steadiness of being held by land even while the city moves nearby.

Whether you’re new to yoga, curious about sound baths, or simply craving a slower pace, you are so welcome.

It’s that beautifully strange week of the year where time stops making sense, nobody knows what day it is, and meals are 80% leftovers! Fun! If it is all making you want an hour and a bit of protected time, here is space for Yin.

This week is all about holding and yielding. Those deeper, longer shapes that invite the body to soften from the inside out. We’ll be spending time with the pelvis and sacrum, exploring what it feels like to really rest into support, slow down, and meet the winter season exactly as it is.

Expect:
❄️ long, grounding holds for pelvis + sacrum
❄️ space to explore the acceptance that comes with stillness
❄️ gentle invitations to meet the “cold + quiet” of winter without rushing away

It’s the perfect practice for this in-between time, when the world feels paused and we get to pause with it.

This week we’re diving into the calm, quiet magic of the Water element, the place of deep rest, inner wisdom, and that delicious “ahhhh” feeling.

We’ll be focusing on the Kidney + Bladder meridians, moving slowly through the hips and spine to help release tension and support your winter energy levels. Think long holds, lots of space, lots of breath, and plenty of time to melt.

Expect a cosy, reflective practice with:

💧 gentle fascia + joint work
