I became an Ambassador for Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution in 2014. This prompted me to finally start writing about the wonderful world of food, and my love of the culinary arts. 6 years ago when my son Felix was born, I decided to write a book, 'Food Fit For Felix'... Who'd have thought that children are so time consuming. This blog is my documentation of the adventures that we take on our culinary journey, pursuing Real Food and helping others to grow their understanding and appreciation of healthy, balanced nutrition.

Hmmm. Undecided on the cold Dutch oven idea. More testing required for a decent comparison. It does at least work - Not a bad crumb, less faff, a bit quicker and far less risk of getting burnt handling the pot.
