In the height of summer’s yang energy, this is your invitation to slow down.
Join Katie for an afternoon of breath, stillness, and deep rest. This workshop is designed to help you reconnect with the quieter side of your practice through calming breathwork (Pranayama), a Yin Yoga sequence based on the element of water, and a meditation-led savasana.
Together, we’ll:
— Set intention and ground with opening meditation
— Explore the breath as a tool for healing and nervous system support
— Move gently through a Yin sequence focused on the Kidney and Bladder meridians
— Rest deeply with guided meditation and savasana
— Close with tea, a treat, and space to reflect
You’ll also leave with a take-home practice to help carry the calm into your week.
