This retreat is special because of who will be holding the space, and we couldn’t be more excited to introduce the women guiding the weekend.

Simone, Studio Owner and Vinyasa teacher, brings a deeply considered, flowing and powerful practice to the mat. Her teaching is grounded in experience, passion and a genuine love of movement. Simone has a way of creating classes that feel strong yet spacious, the kind that stay with you long after you roll up your mat.

Sasha, Studio Manager and Yoga Teacher, is all about the magic of breath-led movement. Her classes are energising yet calming, building strength and flexibility while quietening a busy mind. Sasha teaches with warmth, openness and zero judgement, creating a space where everyone feels welcome, supported and at ease.

Together, Sasha and Simone create something truly special. A retreat led with care, intention and heart, where you can move, rest, reset and feel genuinely held for the weekend.

✨ Flow with Intentions Workshop

Close out the year with a nourishing blend of movement, reflection and restoration. Join Katie McNeil for a grounding two-hour workshop designed to help you honour your journey through 2025 and step into the new year with clarity and ease.

We’ll begin with a flowing Vinyasa practice, arriving gently on the mat and connecting breath with movement. Expect an ebb and flow that helps you release the year’s residue and reconnect with your centre.

After moving, we’ll shift into guided journaling — a chance to reflect on what this year has taught you and set intentions for the one ahead. Whether you’re refining current intentions or creating new ones, this space is yours to unfold.

We’ll then settle into a soothing restorative practice to integrate, soften and restore.
Tea & snacks will be shared at the end as we close together in community.

About Adam:
Adam’s path to becoming a yoga teacher began in 2013, thanks to his wife, Andy Kobelinsky. In 2019, Adam completed his teacher training and began sharing his passion for yoga with others. Adam is trained in Vinyasa, Rocket, Rocket Beats, Yin, and meditation. About Giles Yeates:
Giles is a Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong teacher from the Wudang tradition, trained with Daoist monks, and one of few lineage holders in Europe. He’s also a long-term yoga practitioner and trains in Kalaripayattu, the missing link between yoga and kung fu. He teaches this rare art at Prana Cowley and helped set up the first Kalaripayattu school in the UK.

Join Bex for a transformative 2.5-hour journey from fire to stillness, starting with an energising Rocket flow before moving into the deep calm of Yin and breathwork.

What to expect:
🔹75 minutes of Rocket – A dynamic practice weaving together Rocket 1 & 2 sequencing with inspiration from Dharma yoga. Expect fluid movement, arm balances, inversions, and heart-opening backbends to build strength and energy.

🔹45 minutes of Yin – A grounding sequence focused on the Autumnal Yin meridians (lungs and large intestine), encouraging release, conservation of energy, and preparation for the quieter winter season.
30 minutes of Pranayama & Relaxation – Close with Kumbhaka (breath retention, also known as “Larry’s breath”) and the soothing sound of the ocean drum, guiding you into a state of deep peace and bliss.

🔹Level: This Level 2 workshop is best suited for practitioners who are already comfortable with Sun Salutations and looking to deepen their practice. Modifications are welcome, but the workshop is not recommended for complete beginners. Ideal participants are those seeking both dynamic movement and deep relaxation within one session.
