Over flowing with gratitude after a wonderful month of morning AUM chanting during April.
🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻

We gathered together for just 10mins each morning within an awesome online community and felt the incredible benefits of conscious breath work and togetherness.

A community has evolved entirely organically with no strategy or agenda…

I knew it felt very special but I had no clue where it was going….

The feedback from the group has been overwhelmingly positive and we have discovered together just how powerful even a short daily practice and community can be.

I have listened…..and this morning as if by magic, everything became clear ✨💫✨

Energy is in motion and I’m so excited to share with you all what has hatched from this experience very soon!

Watch this space transform ✨🤍✨

As like the cycles everything is in a constant state of change, of renewal , of growth, and death.. and then we start all over again. Spring is the time of witnessing nature wake up and begin to unfurl . So here we are the beginnings of transition of the Of Woodstock Studio. We’ve taken down a wall , painted the walls, windows and floor and it feels good.
New dates will be released soon for our wonderful gatherings with Suz , and my one to one sessions will resume ..
My bridal hair accessories and my little shop area will be full of treasures and pre loved clothes coming soon.
