✨ International Women’s Day ✨
For me, it has always been about women creating space for other women.
Sensory Retreats began with a simple idea. Create moments of calm in busy lives. Moments where women can pause, breathe and reconnect with themselves.
Recently I read Simon Squibb’s book about following your dream. It reminded me of something I’ve always believed deeply. If you have a dream, you should go for it. Build it. Create it. Believe in it.
It’s something I’ve always wanted to teach my daughter Siena. That she can do anything she sets her mind to. That dreams are there to be followed, not waited for.
But dreams rarely happen alone. Sensory Retreats and Shared Beauty Secrets are what they are today because of an incredible team of women who have helped bring these ideas to life. Women who have believed in the vision, worked hard behind the scenes, supported each other and helped turn dreams into something real.
From the therapists who share our treatments, to the partners who bring our products to their clients, to the team who continue to grow these brands every day.
Today is a moment to recognise them all. The women who build, support, create and make things happen. 💞
