Aaron and I are launching a New Year Kickstart for 2026, and it’s genuinely something we’ve talked about for a long time.
Between us, we bring 20+ years of coaching experience, and this isn’t about quick fixes or January extremes. It’s about starting the year with clarity, structure, and momentum you can actually maintain.
Over the 8 weeks, you’ll be supported with:

• Options to focus on strength, conditioning, or a hybrid of both
• Training hosted on the EverFit app — no PDFs, no spreadsheets, everything in one place
• Full calorie and macronutrient guidance, tailored to your goal

Communication will be via a WhatsApp community, designed to be supportive, motivating, and positive — the kind of space that helps you stay consistent when life gets busy.
Our aim is simple:
You finish the 8 weeks stronger, fitter, more confident, and with the tools to keep going long after January.
Beginner, intermediate, or advanced — this is built to work for real people with real lives.
