I am not the only coach at Studio 22 🤍

While I can relate to the juggle that so many parents face day to day (especially mums), Mat understands the pressure that many men carry, providing, protecting, holding it all together and often not saying a word about it.

His coaching reflects that.

It’s not about extremes or ego. It’s about building real strength, resilience and confidence that actually lasts, in bodies and lives that are busy, full and sometimes a bit chaotic.

People often assume that as a personal trainer, you’ve got it all figured out. That life is organised, balanced and running exactly as it should.

The reality? My life is far from perfect.
But it is very real, and there are plenty of days where I feel the juggle just as much as everyone else.

Coaching, training, mumming, work… all while trying to keep everything moving in the right direction.

And on those days, when the struggle feels a bit louder, it matters even more that the basics are in place.
🍽️ Being fuelled properly
📆 Having a solid routine (that is adaptable)
💚 A wardrobe of gym fits that actually make me feel good (because that matters more than people think)
🫶🏻 And having someone in your corner who supports you, always.

That’s what I help people build.

Not perfect routines or extreme diets, but strength, confidence and structure that actually fits into real, busy lives.

This one feels really special 🤍

I’ve made it into the Top 10 Finalists for Best Sports or Fitness Coach in Bucks & Oxon for the Muddy Stilettos Awards 2026 🏆

I was nominated back in 2021 and 2022, but never made it through to the finalist stage.

To be able to share what I’ve built means a lot, because Studio 22 only exists because of the people in it. Every session, every conversation, every bit of progress… it all adds up to this. So genuinely, thank you for being part of it.

For those of you that took the time to nominate me, I’m honestly blown away. There were clearly a lot of you for me to make the finals. 🫶🏻

One month of clients walking through the door and bringing this space to life, but more than that, bringing people to life too. Showing them that they can be stronger, move better, and start to find that inner confidence 🙌🏼

One month of training at a more sensible time which has meant more sleep, better recovery, and finding a rhythm that actually works for real life, not just for me but for Mat and our children too.

One month of learning what we use every day and what we can let go of as we shape this space into exactly what it needs to be

It is still evolving, still being refined, still growing, and that is exactly how it should be ✨

Hello 2026 👋🏻
And hello to anyone new around here.

I’m Liv, a strength coach and sports massage therapist with over 8 years’ experience in the exercise industry. I’m also a mum to three teens and tweens.

I’m someone who didn’t start strong, but built strength over time, in the gym and in life.

I help people who want to feel stronger, more capable, and more confident in their bodies. Not just for aesthetics, but for real life. For busy lives and demanding jobs. For hormone changes, injuries, niggly joints, and wavering confidence.

I offer support that actually fits around them, rather than forcing themselves to fit into someone else’s plan.

I’m big on doing things properly. Training with intent, fuelling enough, and playing the long game. No extremes, no nonsense, and no shrinking yourself to meet someone else’s idea of what “healthy” should look like.

Aaron and I are launching a New Year Kickstart for 2026, and it’s genuinely something we’ve talked about for a long time.

Between us, we bring 20+ years of coaching experience, and this isn’t about quick fixes or January extremes. It’s about starting the year with clarity, structure, and momentum you can actually maintain.

Over the 8 weeks, you’ll be supported with:
