The classes will be led by Penny Roberts, she has British Wheel of Yoga Diploma,
Yoga Biomedical Trust Yoga Therapy Diploma, Yin Yoga Teaching Certificate. Penny has special interest in Pregnancy & Childbirth, Baby Yoga, Respiratory Problems & Yoga Therapy.
