Hi, I’m Natalie 👋
This photo is of me and my first baby almost 10 years ago.
As you can probably tell from my expression, it was one of the happiest times of my life… but also one of the most worrying.
I knew deep down that something wasn’t right with my daughter. We had many long days and nights where she seemed to be in pain, but for a long time we weren’t listened to or supported. It wasn’t until we started weaning that we discovered — the hard way — that she was allergic to dairy and egg. Something we are still navigating today, alongside my second child too.
That experience stayed with me. It taught me how overwhelming, lonely, and confusing early parenthood can feel — especially when your instincts are telling you something, but you don’t feel heard.
That’s why I created Bath Babies & Calm Connections.
I wanted to create a space where parents feel supported, held, and reminded that they are enough. A place to slow down in this busy world, bond with their baby, and reconnect with their own instincts.
We use warm water because it naturally amplifies calm and connection, and gentle massage as a way to communicate with babies when words aren’t yet available. Each session also includes calming rituals such as aromatherapy, short meditations, and a different theme each week — all designed to support both baby and parent.
Classes run as a 5-week course at:
📍 United Reformed Church, Oxted, Surrey
🕥 Thursdays, 10:30–11:30
We always finish with drinks, biscuits, and time to chat — because community really matters.
💛 February will be my final course at £15 per session, as I’m currently completing my certification and gathering case studies, photos, and feedback. After this, sessions will increase to £20.
I’ll always ask permission around photos and videos, and I do request a review at the end of the 5 weeks — these mean so much to a small business like mine.
We already have 2 families booked for February and are looking for 3 more to run the course.
