Take a moment to look back at what you wished for at the start of this journey.
Now, look at what you want today.

Chances are, it’s shifted.
You might be allowing yourself to want more.
More ease. More flow. More abundance that actually feels like you.

That’s what happens when self-worth starts to rise, your energetic ceiling lifts.
You stop asking for scraps and start expecting alignment.

When I take people into their Akashic field, this often happens naturally. Old patterns release, and in that clearing, new desires are born because you’re remembering what you’re truly worthy of.

It’s energy asking to go somewhere.

When you let yourself feel, dance, shake, cry, laugh, you’re not losing control; you’re freeing it.
That’s how the body clears what the mind can’t.

So today, give your emotions a way to move:
• Dance until your body feels lighter.
• Go for a walk and breathe out what’s been sitting heavy.
• Sing in the car.
• Laugh. Cry. Stretch.
Whatever gets it moving.

When emotion moves, abundance moves.
Because stagnation is the only real block, and you’re built to flow.

Have you ever wondered what’s beyond the veil?

Day 22 – Keep the Signal Lit

You’ve already taken that first brave step. The universe noticed.
But when nothing shifts straight away, it’s easy to think, “So why haven’t I got my thing yet?”

Because one spark doesn’t make a fire.
The universe doesn’t test you, it tunes to your consistency.
It moves when your energy stays steady, not just when it flares and fades.

Sometimes we take a step, feel the wobble, and run back to safety.
We post once and ghost.
We say yes and then shrink away.
That’s your nervous system trying to protect you from change.

So here’s your practice today:
🌬 Breathe in through your nose, exhale slowly through your mouth.
🌬 Notice the sensation of fear in your body, and stay with it.
🌬 Let that tiny act of staying become your new signal.

✨ ✨ Day 21 – Honour Your Flow

Today’s challenge is simple, tune in.

No pushing or forcing. No pretending you’re somewhere you’re not.
Just honest awareness of how you actually feel.

If you’re tired, rest.
If your mind is busy and overstimulated, find peace in something steady and repetitive. Fold laundry. Walk in nature. Stir soup. Breathe in rhythm.
If you’re inspired, move with it. Create, write, call, share.
If you’re emotional , feel it, let it move through without naming it “good” or “bad.”

This is what it means to live in flow, to stop overriding your own signals and start trusting your body’s wisdom.

Abundance doesn’t come from constant action.
It comes from alignment.
When you honour your state, you stay open and energy moves freely again.

So today, your task isn’t to do more.
It’s to match your energy with your actions.

Take a little time for you today.
Find somewhere quiet where you won’t be disturbed for about fifteen minutes, phone face-down, shoulders soft, breath steady.
Let the noise fade.

Now, in your mind’s eye, imagine yourself standing in front of a golden door.
Behind it is everything you’ve been calling in, the calm, the confidence, the clients, the love, the financial flow.
Everything you’ve been working toward is there, waiting.

Take a slow, full breath in.
As you exhale, notice how your body feels in this moment.
Maybe your mind wants to plan or question.
Maybe your chest feels tight or your throat feels tender.
That’s just energy getting ready to move.

You glance down and realise there’s a key in your pocket.
It’s warm, golden, familiar, and it’s always been there.

Hold it in your hand.
Breathe again.
Notice what happens inside you: a flutter of excitement, maybe a flicker of fear.
That’s your nervous system calibrating to more.

Now picture yourself placing the key into the lock.
Before you turn it, pause for one more deep breath.
Feel your heartbeat steady.
Whisper to yourself:
“I’m safe to receive what’s next.”

And then, when you’re ready, turn the key and open the door.
Notice what it looks like on the other side.
The light. The peace. The knowing that this time, you’re not chasing. You’re allowing.

✨ Day 19 – Loosening the Grip

Control sneaks in quietly.
It dresses up as “being organised,” “staying on top of things,” or “making sure it goes right.”
But underneath? It’s usually fear, the old belief that if you don’t hold everything together, it might fall apart.

The irony is, the tighter you hold, the less space there is for the magic to move.
Abundance needs flow, not fences.

So today’s about loosening the grip.

Notice where you’re trying to force outcomes, manage other people’s reactions, or script how things “should” unfold.
It might be work, family, your business, even your healing.

Then ask:
• What am I afraid will happen if I just let this breathe?
• Where could I trust a little more?
• What would it feel like to release 10% of this tension, just for today?

You don’t have to throw away structure or abandon your plans.
Just open a small doorway for grace to enter.

When you let go of control, you invite collaboration, with time, with energy, with the universe itself.
And that’s when the unexpected gifts arrive.

You’ve been filling your own cup for over two weeks now, clearing, receiving, embodying.
Today, let’s let some of that gold spill outward.

Not from duty.
Not from guilt.
But from overflow.

Think about how good it feels when someone surprises you with kindness, a genuine compliment, a message that lands just when you need it, a small gift that says, I see you.
That warmth? That’s abundance in circulation.

Abundance grows when it moves.
So today, do one thoughtful thing for someone else, with no expectation of anything back.

It could be:
• Sending a message that says, “I’m proud of you.”
• Leaving a little note or voice message of appreciation.
• Paying for someone’s coffee.
• Sharing someone’s work or business publicly.
• Giving your full attention to someone who usually gets your half.

Notice how it feels in your body, that subtle lift, that warmth in your chest, the energy of I have enough to give.

That’s abundance in its purest form.

✨ Day 17 – Embody It

Yesterday you reflected on how far you’ve come.
Today is about becoming the version of you who already has what she asked for.

No waiting. No hoping. No “when this happens, then I’ll…” energy. Just full-body alignment with it’s already here.

So, before you start your day, take a breath and picture that version of you, the one who’s manifesting easily, grounded in abundance, radiant with quiet confidence.

Ask yourself:
• How does she walk into a room?
• How does she speak to herself?
• How does she spend her time, her energy, her attention?
• What does she say yes to, and what does she no longer chase?

Now choose one thing to do as her.
Maybe it’s wearing something that makes you feel powerful.
Maybe it’s saying no to something that drains you.
Maybe it’s ordering the coffee you used to call a “treat” and simply calling it normal.

Today’s about embodiment, walking, speaking, and acting as if the life you’ve been calling in has already landed.
Because the universe responds to frequency, not waiting.

Today’s not about calling anything in. It’s about seeing what’s already arrived.

Go right back to Day 1.
Who were you then? What felt heavy, what did you want more of, what did you promise yourself would change?
Now look at you here.
Sixteen days in.

Take a breath and trace your golden thread through these days, the tiny shifts that prove energy has already moved.

Maybe you’re:
• Breathing before reacting.
• Catching your thoughts a little faster.
• Feeling more grateful, more magnetic, more aware.
• Saying no without guilt.
• Feeling lighter in your body, clearer in your head.

It doesn’t have to be huge. It just has to be true.

Now, reflect out loud or write it down:
• What’s changed for you?
• What are you doing differently?
• Has your energy softened, or your boundaries strengthened?
• Is it your mindset, your breath, or the way you speak to yourself that’s shifted?

✨ Day 15 – Take Your Own Advice

You’ve probably told someone this week exactly what you most needed to hear.
“Rest when you need to.”
“Trust the process.”
“Let it flow.”
“Stop overthinking and just do it.”

We’re brilliant at giving advice, because it flows from wisdom we’ve already lived.
But abundance isn’t just knowing what works. It’s living like we believe ourselves.

So today, your task is simple:
Take your own advice.

That one thing you’re always telling clients, friends, or family to do for their wellbeing, do it for you.
If you say “take time to ground,” then step outside barefoot.
If you say “trust your gut,” then make the decision that’s been waiting on your intuition.
If you say “breathe,” then actually stop and breathe.

Every time you act on your own wisdom, you reinforce self-trust.
Self-trust is the foundation of receiving.
It’s your nervous system’s signal that says, I’m safe to hold more.

So by taking your own advice, you’re not just practising self-care, you’re tuning into the frequency that abundance recognises.

You’re saying to the universe, I listen when I’m guided, even by me.

Just shifted the s**t.

On a balcony. In Sorrento. With an espresso.
(I’m basically my own nervous system doula now.)

Turns out I’d been carrying some sneaky post-flight fear from a bumpy landing that felt… emotionally abusive, if we’re honest.

So I did what I teach:
🌀 Found the blocked meridian
🌀 Breathed into it
🌀 Double exhaled like a fed-up dragon
And BAM, nervous system reset.

Now I can actually enjoy this sea view without stressing about the unknown.

And here’s the bit you didn’t know you needed:
