The first Clarity Retreat is all ready to go 30th May to 1st June.

I'm so looking forward to spending some time with like minded women. To relax 😌 play, swim 🏊‍♀️ and learn from one another.

Well Christmas is now over and we're all thrust into the The New Year of 2025. I know for me this is an exciting time and also a time of reflection of what the new year will bring. For me the Christmas season is joyous, spending time with family and enjoying a break. It's also bloody hard work. Sorting out the presents arranging the food, making sure everyone is having a great time! That's the very reason why we'd like to open our home to like minded women who feel like a little break. Take some time, just for you. Indulge yourself in just being, jump in the outside hottub, get back to nature, connect with other women and maybe have a go at something different, like cold water swimming.
