Walking is vital for independence and the better / more confident we can make the boys with it , the better ❤️

John is also progressing really well with cable rows as well as beginning to do some sit to stand progression work 💪

Yesterday I got beat in a running race by Fin …

Today I got publicly humiliated by Elliot (wait till the end🤣)

All jokes aside, this was a fantastic movement for Elliot as it helps to really extend his stand past the normal range achieved when we use the transfer stand 💪
