This afternoon I was lucky enough to be interviewed by our very own Dan on Sound Comminities CIC Radio 🌟

He did a fantastic job and asked some brilliant questions 💪

It was lovely to see where Dan spends a lot of his time (when he’s not lifting weights Ofcourse) and I can see why, Sound Communities is a fantastic set up doing amazing things for young people in Torbay ❤️

I love combining these two movements together particularly for clients who spend a lot of time in a chair 💪

Pullovers are fantastic for back and core strength , whilst the ball slam is a great way of expressing power and co ordination ❤️
