Whilst taking five minutes in the Idless woods and and after taking some woodland pictures. I then came across this random picture of my counselling room. I’m guessing my grandson took it whilst playing in the sandtray. I thought I would share as it’s such a beautiful photo taken by a beautiful boy.

I'm taking some time for myself, fully embracing the Cornish coast with a sense of peace and mindfulness. I'm surrounded by beautiful sands and clear seas, allowing myself to be completely present in this moment. The stunning scenery and serene atmosphere are helping me recharge and find clarity.

Sometimes young people blame themselves for pressures they are feeling, rather than seeing that they are caused by external forces. If your child is putting a lot of pressure on themselves, try talking to them about focussing on things they can control.
