Hello my lovely followers 🥰 I know I don't post a lot but you all keep me so busy I don't really have the time so thank you ❤️.
Just to let you all know you can catch me at the Mercure Hotel in Paignton tomorrow from 11am so if you have any pelvic health related questions please pop by for a chat 😊
All in aid of supporting The Atomic Wellness Company so they are able to support local ladies in the bay with their menopause journey for free 💕

This Saturday 26th April , come down to support some women in business. Enjoy the selection of businesses and share the love for the hardworking ladies. Along with enjoying a drink in the at the Mercure. Please share and look forward to seeing you there . 💪🏼

💛 Just a quick update as of January 2024 💛

😊 I will post these as stills as well so that you can refer back to them 😊

✨️ Please note that my new opening hours are from when my first patient is booked in until my last booking time - not the time the clinic closes - this is so that you all know when my last appointment is for each day. ✨️

❗️My cancellation policy has changed slightly - From January 2024 I will require 48 hours notice of a cancellation otherwise you may incur full cost of your booked appointment slot. Which is in line with most other places who have a cancellation policy. Until I sort out my online booking system I still will not require a deposit on booking.

💰 Payment - I accept payment via bank transfer, cash and card my prices will not increase this year, (this is the 2nd year I have not made a price increase) however, as of January 2024 any payments made by card will be subject to a £2 charge (slightly more for AMEX) on top of the appointment charge due to rising transaction costs.

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2024 ✨️💛🎉
Thank you so much for your ongoing support throughout 2023 - keeping me so busy I haven't had time to post on social media 🤦🏼‍♀️

I will do my best to post twice per week from now on. I'm awful at videos / reels as you can tell this is too long for a reel so I'm going to have to try tic tok I think 🤣 - can you have longer tic tok vids??? 90 secs is not long enough 😬

We are rebranding too so I have some amazing new logos from Tori Elliott Design and I cannot wait to have my photoshoot done with Fran Minifie Photography ❤️

I thought that Torbay, Massage Physiotherapy and Wellbeing was a little bit of a mouthful so now we will be known as Physiotherapy Torbay - specialising in women's health Physiotherapy, scar therapy and coming in 2024 pre and postnatal yoga classes which will tie in nicely with the Mummy MOT which we offer to all mums out there🥰

Lots of exciting things to come in 2024 including the possibility of Q and As, lives and a vlog about perimenopuase and HRT - let me know what you think 😊
