I was thinking about Winter rituals to dip into each day...
Where Autumn is about release, Winter is about nourishment and stillness.
Here are a few I like:
🤍 Slow mindful walks
No rushing, noticing more - the frost, the light.
🤍 Warming, seasonal food
Soups, stews, seasonal veg and plenty of herbal teas - goodness from the inside out.
🤍 Early evenings
Softer lighting, fewer plans. Letting nights be slower and calm.
🤍 Journaling & reflection
Gentle prompts, card pulls, listening inward rather than doing more.
🤍 Digital boundaries!
Less scrolling, especially before bed. More presence, more rest. Less screen time.
🤍 Gentle mornings
Natural light. Slow starts when the days are darker.
🤍 Finally the big one: permission to rest
Winter isn’t for blooming - it’s for restoring!
