Times are tough for everyone right now, but honestly I’ve never felt it this hard. Emotionally, mentally and honestly financially. It makes sense for me to do what I know best and make stuff to help me, and give back the little I can.
So there is a big list of my plushies I’m offering for £10 for the next week. Bees, ice creams, croissants, the chonky bird collection and chicks. These will take approximately 2-3 weeks to get out to you (to be fair to myself in our current situation). Any shares on this offer would be greatly appreciated and you can order via DM or on my website.

Ever wondered why we get the arts and crafts out after dessert? 🎨✨

At our supper club, the evening doesn’t end with the final bite. We always wrap up with arts and crafts and there’s a scientific reason for the "madness!"

When you use your hands to create, you’re sending a signal to your brain that you are safe. It shifts you out of "Fight or Flight" and drops you straight into Rest and Digest (the parasympathetic nervous system).

The Science:
As you craft, your breathing deepens, your muscles soften and your shoulders finally drop. 🧘‍♀️

The Menu:
Our plant-based feast and mindful eating approach nourish you from the inside out, without the "heavy" post-meal slump.

The Soul:
Best of all? We do it together. There is something magical about the laughter and community that happens when we’re all being creative. Social connection is the fastest way to feel grounded and happy. 🗣️❤️

✨ Supper Club Update: Only 1 Spots Remaining! ✨

Our gathering for Friday, 30th January is shaping up beautifully, and we have just two spots available if you feel called to join us.

Dessert: Sweet-potato brownies with a tart sour-cherry compote

Before we dive into making our vision board danglies, we’ll spend some time gently looking back over the past year. We’ll be noticing our own rhythms with movement, health, nutrition and energy. It’s a simple month-to-month exercise designed to be light and reflective—no preparation needed!

What a magical start to the year! ✨

Last night marked our first supper club of 2026, and our hearts (and bellies!) are absolutely full.

We nourished our bodies with a vibrant spread: homemade focaccia, chickpea seed crackers with green goddess dip, Glow salad, and hearty lentil soup. We finished on a high with our famous silken tofu chocolate dessert, topped with creamy coconut yoghurt and fresh raspberries. 🍓

The highlight of the night was the wonderful Nette from Nette - Empowered Human Design, who guided us through our unique charts. The room was filled with "Aha!" moments and laughter as we discovered why we are the way we are.

This is exactly why we do this—to bring mothers, daughters, grandmothers, sisters, and friends together to share food, stories and self-discovery. The joy in the room was truly infectious!

We’re back! (And we’re officially FULL!)

We are so thrilled to be kicking off our first supper club of the year this Friday. We’ve missed you!

We are especially excited to welcome the lovely Nette, who will be joining us to lead a fascinating talk on Human Design. It’s the perfect way to start the year with a bit of self-discovery and soul-searching.

On the menu this week:

🥖 Homemade Focaccia & crunchy Chickpea Crackers
🥗 A Surprise Side Dish
🍫 Maybe a decadent Chocolate Mousse to finish
