The course sessions follow a weekly theme, 30 minutes of poses (10 minutes of seated mobilizations + chair or mat to follow), then a relaxation, a formal breathing practice and an opportunity to ask questions and share your experience in a circle, in order to encourage Biopsychosocial connectivity. These small steps can help you feel a little more balanced:

☀️ Soak up daylight early: Getting outside in the morning can help regulate sleep and lift mood.

🎧 Create a calming moment: Music, a podcast or quiet time can help reset a busy day.

🤝 Ask for support if you need it: You don’t have to manage everything alone.

Take care of yourself this spring, you’re doing better than you think.
