💙 Harris turns 1! 💙

Today NICU graduate Harris is celebrating his 1st birthday with family and friends 🎉

“We can't believe our boy is 1 on Wednesday. We celebrated Harris' birthday at the weekend and had the most amazing day. Born at 33 weeks on 20/8/24 weighing 3lbs 11oz. Harris was in the neonatal unit for a month before we finally got him home. It’s been a journey, but he is now thriving!
We are forever grateful to the RAH neonatal unit, which is staffed with real life angels. We wouldn't be here today without you all. Thank you!

Love Kristie, Rory & Harris x”

On behalf of everyone at the RAH Neonatal unit we want to wish Harris a very big happy first birthday! 🥳
We love to hear how well you are doing and you look so handsome in your birthday outfit! 🥰

🩷 Isla & Sophia turn 1! 🩷

Yesterday gorgeous twins Isla and Sophia celebrated their big first birthday with family, friends and big brother Harris 🥳

Parents Kathleen & Christopher have shared a lovely update -

“Sophia and Isla were born on 19th August at 32 weeks after a routine scan where it was found Sophia had stopped growing. We were very lucky our twinnies were able to stay together in the RAH neonatal unit where they spent 4 weeks growing more and help with feeding.

We cannot thank the staff in the RAH enough while our girls were in. The staff are truly amazing.

The girls are doing absolutely amazing now and cannot be prouder.” ❤️

We absolutely love to hear updates like this and are so happy to hear how great the girls are doing. A massive happy birthday to Isla and Sophia from everyone at the RAH Neonatal unit, we hope that you all had an amazing weekend in the sun celebrating! 🥰

Hiya, just sending through some pictures of Caiseys first birthday to show you all how well she's come on since spending 12 days with you last year, after being born at 35+5 days - she's had a ball and been spoiled rotten! Thank you all again for everything you've done for us. She's absolutely came on so well, she's a wee grubber too 😂😂

🎉 Happy 1st Birthday Harper and Isla! 🎉

Yesterday gorgeous twins Harper and Isla celebrated their very big first birthday with friends and family, and mum Kirsty has sent in a lovely update to share ❤️ -

After being born at the QEUH at 32 weeks on 8th August, then moving to the Princes Royal, our girls were transferred to the RAH Neonatal Unit. Following many ups and a few bumps along the way, they left Neonatal after 5 weeks.

“Thank you” will never be enough to express our gratitude to the RAH NICU staff. You kept smiles on our faces during the toughest times and gave us the strength to keep going every single day.

We are forever grateful, and we can’t wait to visit soon with our now one-year-olds to show you just how far they’ve come.

With love and thanks,

Kirsty, Craig, Harper & Isla 🩷💜🌸

From everyone at the RAH Neonatal unit we want to wish Harper and Isla a big happy birthday and are glad to hear that you all had a fantastic day celebrating! 🥰 Our little NICU superstars look absolutely amazing and seem to be thriving! They look beautiful in their birthday outfits 💗

🥳 Happy 1st birthday Madeleine and Isabella! 🥳

Today twins Maddie and Bella are celebrating their very big first birthday and mum Carley has sent us an update on the girls and their neonatal journey ❤️

“After going into preterm labour at just 31 weeks, our amazing girls Bella and Maddie made their arrival on 18th July 2024.
With no room locally, we were sent by blue light ambulance to Dundee Hospital, where they were born weighing 2.13 lbs and 2.11 lbs. Just over a week later they were transferred to the Neonatal Unit at Paisley RAH, where they were greatly cared for by the most amazing team. After a month they finally came home which was weeks earlier than expected.

We are beyond grateful to the neonatal unit and so proud of our amazing twins 💗”

The girls seem to be absolutely thriving and doing amazing since leaving the NICU, we love to hear how well our NICU superstars are doing 🥰 From everyone at the RAH Neonatal unit a very big happy first birthday to Bella and Maddie, we hope that you have all had a great day celebrating! 🎉
