Amy started with us in August 2024 with clear goals: to lose weight, keep it off for good, and get back into a consistent exercise routine.
During COVID, her movement levels dropped significantly, and with a desk-based job she found herself sitting much more than she used to, often getting fewer than 3,000 steps a day.
Through small, consistent changes, Amy has now lost 4.5 stone and 35 inches, and her daily movement has completely transformed — she now consistently achieves 10,000+ steps a day and a couple of workouts each week🚶♀️
She didn’t cut out the things she enjoys like takeaways or the occasional drink — instead, she built balanced habits that fit her lifestyle, making her progress realistic and sustainable.
She’s created a steady exercise routine, improved her daily movement, found a way of eating that works for her, and most importantly built confidence in herself along the way 🙌
With her wedding in July, the focus now is on building strength, adding muscle, and feeling her absolute best for the big day 💍💪
