💡 Technical mastery isn’t just repetition.

It’s easy to assume that doing more automatically leads to improvement. But repetition only builds skill if the pattern you’re repeating is correct. Otherwise, you’re just reinforcing the same mistakes.

That’s why this Friday, 22nd May, my Technical Mastery webinar is about stepping back, refining what you’re doing, and ensuring the fundamentals are right before you layer volume on top. Register today: https://loom.ly/x3x2NBE

We’ll be breaking down how to improve consistency, tighten technique, and make sure repetition is actually taking you in the right direction.

Because mastery isn’t doing more, it’s doing it right.

🎯 Cervical adjusting - use one hand!

One hand delivers the adjustment. The other is responsible for everything that makes it possible, positioning, guiding, and isolating the segment so it’s exactly where it needs to be.

When that setup is correct, the thrust doesn’t need force or complexity. It becomes simple, precise, and directed through a single point of contact.

The aim is consistent, isolate the segment, control the position, and deliver clean force through one hand. It’s a small detail but it changes the feel and control of the entire technique.

🗨️ The more you add, the more can go wrong.

In an appointment, every extra word, question, or adjustment risks reducing clarity and precision.

That’s why strong chiropractors don’t expand everything they do, they narrow it down. They decide what matters in that moment, and commit to it fully.

Less words. More precision. Better outcomes.

đź’ˇ Technique without intention is just noise.

The best chiropractors aren’t simply good with their hands. They’re clear in their thinking, deliberate in their communication, and precise in how they deliver care.

Patients can feel the difference between an adjustment that’s considered and one that’s just routine. When your explanation, reasoning, and ex*****on all line up, your confidence grows and so do your results.

Join me next Friday 22nd May for our live webinar on Technical Mastery where we’ll be breaking down how to bring more precision, consistency, and intention into your technique: https://loom.ly/x3x2NBE

Consistency is what separates a decent adjustment from a dependable one.

Technical mastery isn’t about having more options or doing things differently every time, it’s about building a method you can trust to deliver the same standard of outcome, repeatedly.

In practice, conditions won’t always be ideal. Different patients, different presentations, different days. If your technique changes every time, your results will too.

The goal is to remove unnecessary variation and focus on building something you can rely on under pressure. That’s what creates confidence in your hands, clarity in your decision-making, and ultimately better outcomes for your patients.

💡 Because mastery isn’t complexity, it’s control.

06/05/2026

đź’ˇ Everyone wants more techniques.

More ways to adjust. More variations. More “options.” But mastery doesn’t come from more, it comes from repetition done properly.

There’s a reason the best clinicians don’t chase complexity. They refine. They repeat. They build confidence through focused, deliberate practice until it becomes second nature.

Join us on Friday 22nd May for our live webinar to go deeper into this: https://loom.ly/x3x2NBE

We’ll be breaking down what it really takes to develop consistency, precision, and control in your technique, so you can stop overthinking and start performing at a higher level in practice.

Because it’s not about how much you know, it’s about how well you can apply it.

💡 Growth in practice doesn’t come from pushing harder for attention. It comes from becoming someone people naturally trust.

Patients are drawn to clarity, certainty, and calm leadership. When you know who you are, what you stand for, and communicate it consistently, the right people notice.

That kind of influence starts behind the scenes.

How you care for your own health, manage your energy, and hold yourself day to day has a direct impact on how you show up in clinic. It shapes your confidence, your presence, and the experience patients have with you.

💡 The most trusted chiropractors often have something in common…

It’s not just experience, qualifications, or great communication. There’s another factor at play, something we call healthy privilege.

When patients see a chiropractor who genuinely values their own health, it creates trust on a deeper level. They feel more confident in your guidance, more committed to the process, and more likely to follow through.

Because people notice when there’s consistency between what you teach and how you live.

Healthy privilege isn’t about perfection. It’s about the credibility, energy, and presence that come from practising what you preach. And that can have a powerful impact on your growth, your patient relationships, and your long-term success.

💡 It’s not just confidence or qualifications that builds trust in practice…

There’s something else at play, something we like to call healthy privilege.

When patients see a chiropractor who genuinely looks after their own health, it changes everything. They listen more, trust more, and follow through more not because of appearance, but because of alignment between what you say and what you do.

We will be unpacking this and more this Friday 24th April at 1pm in the webinar: https://loom.ly/x3x2NBE

Because when you start looking after yourself properly, it doesn’t just benefit you it shows up in your results, your patient relationships, and your success in practice. And that’s where the real shift happens.
