Partner Workout

Matrix circuit
First round each exercise done individually for seconds

Second round add an exercise each time, exercise 1 first 15 secs rest then exercise 1 and 2 then a 15 second rest , then 1,2 and 3 .

My favourite bits from this year .. have a go and keep trying until you can complete it all๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ.

1). Squat walk 4 forward 4 back + 10 second sprint .. 10 times

2)plank to press-up with a criss-cross of the legs 1 minute as many as you can

3)burpees as many as you can in 2 minutes 30

4)500 squats ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ. Move the legs to different positions every 50. So in line with hips toes forward , wide , and same again but with toes turned out instead..

5)100 ball slam s ๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿคฌ

6)1 minute kettlebell swing x3

7)500m row as fast as you can

8)Swiss ball crunch 50 x3

Have fun these are some of my old faves from this year itโ€™s a good workout but will hurt especially the 500 squats !!!! Enjoy
