Celebrating our incredible team at Bush House Care Home.

This month we’re proud to share two special moments from our Employee of the Month awards.

October’s Employee of the Month is Pyumi. Her dedication, commitment, and consistently high standards shine through in everything she does. Pyumi is someone who quietly goes above and beyond every day, and we are truly grateful for the care and compassion she brings to her role.

November’s Employee of the Month is Grace. Not only does she keep our kitchen running smoothly and to an exceptional standard, but she also gives her spare time to help look after our chickens on the farm alongside our wonderful residents. Her kindness and generosity of spirit make a real difference to daily life here at Bush House.

There’s a saying we love: carers don’t just do their jobs, they share their hearts. Our staff are the heart of Bush House, and recognising those who continually show outstanding commitment is incredibly important to us.

Thank you, Pyumi and Grace, for everything you do. You make Bush House the warm, welcoming home it is.

We had an incredible afternoon at Bush House with music and singing from Perry Lyn 🎶✨

It felt like a road trip back to the good old days, and it truly resonated with all our residents. There was singing, dancing, laughter and memories flowing through every room. 💃🕺

Our residents packed up their troubles in their old kit bag and smiled all the way through — and so did we! 😄🎵

Even our visiting district nursing team couldn’t resist having a little boogie. 💙🩺

When I say we have the best staff at Bush House, I genuinely mean it. 🌟

Today our senior carer, Sally, brought in chocolates and treats for the residents completely off her own back. 🍫✨

They say a carer is someone who gives a piece of their heart every single day — and Sally proved exactly that. ❤️

Safe to say, the residents absolutely loved it. 😊
