Sound Healing starts whenever you want it to.

Our son regularly sits with sound. We don't force it on him. He will choose to listen, he approaches the gong and sits.
He strokes the chimes, shakes his rattle, strikes the singing bowls and beats the drum.... Sometimes rembering. Sometimes still, sometimes energised.

He walks away when he is done...

Its such a joy to share this with him, resetting the vagus nerve, regulating emotions.
Or simply. Just enjoying the peace it brings.

Whatever it is it starts here..... 💜✨️🙏🏽🖤

We vibrate to the rhythm of our mother’s blood before she herself is born, and this pulse is the thread of blood that runs all the way back through the grandmothers to the first mother.

When we drum, we call to our ancestral lineage.
We call to the heartbeat of our grandmother's.
We remember.

For hundreds of years drumming has been the portal to our subconscious mind.
Drawn across every culture the existence of the drum is used to dance, trance and connect us to Spirit.

We have been very quiet here lately due to nurturing and giving space to our growing family.

We are eagerly awaiting and gently preparing for the birth of our little one who will be joining us any day now.

We had a beautiful time sharing sound with the girls at brownies in Narbeth last week.

Sharing sound, music, rhythm and all our instruments.
Demonstrating, and sharing history and where they are from. They even had an opportunity to play them and learn different rhythms.

This is the work that enriches the soul.

We offer educational sessions delving deep into the power of tuned frequencies and vibrations and the profound effect it has on the body.

Sharing the history of where these beautiful tools are from and how they can be used in their native culture and around the world in healing capacity.

Whatever your age, physical state or mindset.
