We have been so quiet on here for a while...
Many of you have been asking where we have gone.....

Life has been full and we have been enjoying the free time we have with our son and taking a breather.

We will be back very soon with some private events and our community sessions very soon.

We will be Joining Rhian in a couple of weeks for a beautiful, Yoga & Sound Bath retreat day.

Sat 15th Nov at Stackpole, aimed at releasing tension and true relaxation.

Join Rhian Sula for a yin & yang yoga session, where we will release tension in the body and start to truly relax our body, mind and breath.

Yoy will then journey through sound with Ban Drui Sound , guiding you into a state of deep relaxation and meditative calm.

Date and time: Saturday 15 Nov, 8.30am-12pm
Location: The Stackpole Centre, SA715DQ
What’s included: yoga and sound bath, use of all kit, tea, coffee and tasty treats.

Sound family:

We are all enjoying the autumnal vibes and getting ready to anchor down this winter to re charge, rest and manifest in the coming winter months.

Taking time this month to re visit some sacred stones, offer our music and remember the songs of our ancestors as we prepare for Nos Galan Gaeaf (Samhain)

We will be focusing our creative energies on new things bubbling in the cauldron, bringing new sounds, voice and breath in the new celtic year.

What a gorgeous end to our summer season of sound.
We delivered a voice workshop followed by an empowering ancestral sound journey over the weekend, aligned with the Luna eclipse.

Sound Healing starts whenever you want it to.

Our son regularly sits with sound. We don't force it on him. He will choose to listen, he approaches the gong and sits.
He strokes the chimes, shakes his rattle, strikes the singing bowls and beats the drum.... Sometimes rembering. Sometimes still, sometimes energised.

He walks away when he is done...

Its such a joy to share this with him, resetting the vagus nerve, regulating emotions.
Or simply. Just enjoying the peace it brings.

Whatever it is it starts here..... 💜✨️🙏🏽🖤

It is such an honour to be bringing my ancestral work to WellMama CIC birth school on 29th June.
Sharing the tribal tones of drum, didgeridoo and voice.
We will be bringing into alignment and Strengthening our powerful connection between voice and womb space.
