BRAIN Foods!
These are some of the magnificent foods we can eat on a daily basis to make sure our brains are being fed properly. One of the things this chart does not talk about is the fact that our Brains are 73% water. If we don't HYDRATE our brains with liquids such as purified water, coconut water, fresh juices or high water content fruits, then no matter what we put into our bodies, we will not be able to feel fully functional (nutrient wise) without proper hydration.
So make SURE to hydrate yourself. Most experts say we need to drink 1/2 our body weight in liquids every single day (in ounces.) So if you weigh 180 pounds, then 90 ounces of liquids need to be consumed daily, even in wintertime.
If your diet consists of a high water content diet, we still urge you to drink 50% of your body weight (in ounces) daily. If you eat a lot of foods that don't contain natural MINERAL water such as a raw food diet rich in fruits and vegetables, then we urge you to start to hydrate yourself.

3 large English Cucumbers
8 ribs Celery
1.5 inches Fresh Ginger Root
3 Limes (skinned)
And please remember, if you eat a lot of nuts and seeds, you must hydrate yourself, as these foods are highly concentrated in proteins and fats.
