Most people walk into therapy with at least a bit of doubt.
Fun fact, research shows your brain naturally resists change because it’s wired to keep you safe, not necessarily happy. So that “hmm not sure about this” feeling is actually your mind doing its job.

Hypno-CBT is not about mind control or clucking like a chicken. You stay aware, in control, and surprisingly focused. It is simply a way of helping your conscious and subconscious work on the same team.

A little skepticism is welcome. Curiosity is even better. 💭
