Thanks to Abode Shutters & Blinds Penarth this afternoon we focused on back, neck and shoulders with D 💫 It was a lovely compliment when she said, ‘I’ve missed your hands!’ and safe to say she thoroughly enjoyed her treatment! Focus - releasing tension in the shoulders and being in the moment… time out for self-care 👌🏼

Wax off… Wax on! 👌🏼 thanks to Stone Paint and Decorating, I have a gorgeous new door, complete with key code pad for your absolute privacy 🙏🏼 My beautiful new Therapy room will be fully complimented tomorrow with blinds by Abode of Penarth, and the doors are officially open again 😊💫

So far, the walls are plastered and painted thanks to and Uncle Pete. The flooring is up - totalling one layer of carpet, two layers of vinyl, one underlay and another layer of stick on tiles likely dated back to the sixties bringing on some retro moments ☺️

Next step a new layer of fresh and zesty flooring. Loving the journey 🫶🏼 Bring on the zen 🙏🏼 See you all again soon!
