🏃‍♀️Couch -5k with your dog🦮

New block of Canicross couch-5k starting Monday 12th January 6pm, pencaitland🦮🏃🏾‍♀️🐕‍🦺🏃🏽

The course is taken over an 8 week block( £15 per class)
1st class will be taken at unleashed dog park , Midlothian , where you and your dog will get fitted with Canicross equipment, we will go over techniques, commands and practice Canicross.
2nd-8th week we will do couch-5k through Winton estate and around Pencaitland.

Canicross is a fantastic sport to get fit with your dog and have fun with like minded people ✨❤️
