Young and Wild Yoga Yoga helps to relieve stress and anxiety from the mind, allowing the healthy flow of prana for optimum health and vitality of our bodies.

The challenge is to change our minds, then everything else will change as a result of our transformation. Yoga is the practice of movement (asana) with the breath (prana). Its aim is to help us connect to our higher selves, bringing about a mindful state of being.

Yoga for Parents and babies

This class welcomes all expecting parents and parents with young babies, before they start walking
Come and practice gentle movement and mindful breathing in a safe space. Do bring any toys or milk for the babies. We will practice gentle movement mainly designed for parents, but with baby in mind too. Mats are provided.

The benefits of this baby friendly class:

• Connect with your baby through playful, creative movement
• Connect to yourself, grounding through your mindful breath
• Develop a beautiful mind-body awareness
• Regain physical fitness after giving birth (suitable 6 weeks after giving birth)
• Learn to respond calmly to the challenges of parenthood
• Significantly reduce daily stress
• Meet and connect with local parents
• Improve your sleep, feel more rested
• Gain flexibility of both your mind and your body
When? Thursday mornings at 10:00am to 11:00 am
