Throwback with Satin Dress Photography.

I used to do a lot of photoshoots from age 23 to 34, but it took a hit like most other industries.

After some time away, I realised I didn't get the same fulfilment from it anymore.

Daniel Craig was my inspo for these, believe it or not I even got down to the final 2 to play 007 at a live Sony workshop.

Man was gutted to not be selected. LOL

The rapid expansions can happen instantly and unexpectedly, yet its so different to a 'I was younger then.' perspective that you may experience when looking back on old fb posts..

With typical ageing/ maturity....the next layer of ego projecting eventually always creeps in, with mind-identity trying so hard to make a new paradigm STICK.

The thing is...with mind-identity.... it's ALWAYS futile.

Throwback to my first experience of online group coaching meditation.

This was in lockdown, I ran a free group with 60 people in there.

I didn't see anyone for 3 months, best time I've ever had. (one talent I have is turning 'negatives' into positives, I can help you do that, too)

You'll actually teeter through both, that's why its important to have the right support, or this s**t can really mess you up.

Find an integral psychotherapist to help you navigate this, typical psychologists aren't trained to do so, and in my own experience are typically still identified with mind.

Meaning its highly likely they'll leave you worse off than when you started.
