In the digital sanctuary I share the R.E.A.L. Method, part of that is moving from Reaction to Realignment

Week one focused on becoming aware of what drew our awareness out into the world via our senses.

Once aware, we then ask how we are reacting to what is happening around us and deciding who we are being within it.

That "decision" is exactly what we practice through the 𝙍.𝙀.𝘼.𝙇. method.

1. The Power to Decide =
𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙩 & 𝙀𝙖𝙨𝙚

The "Power to Decide" doesn't come from pushing harder; it comes from the initial withdrawal.

By entering a state of 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙩 (withdrawing from outer stimulation) and 𝙀𝙖𝙨𝙚 (dropping into the fluid body), you create the gap between the world’s chaos and your internal response.

Tʜɪs ɪs ᴡʜᴇʀᴇ ʏᴏᴜʀ ᴘᴏᴡᴇʀ ɪs ʀᴇᴄʟᴀɪᴍᴇᴅ.

2. Who You Are Being = 𝘼𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙣

When you choose "who you are being," you are choosing to be anchored. ⚓

By redirecting the energy flow inward to the spine and upward to the Spiritual Eye, you are no longer a victim of circumstances.

You aren't just "coping" with the day; you are being a channel for calm.

3. Shaping What Follows = 𝙇𝙞𝙫𝙚

The "decision" to maintain that Inner Sanctuary as you step back into the world is what changes your trajectory.

When you 𝙇𝙞𝙫𝙚 from that aligned state, your interactions, your energy levels, begin to reflect that internal sanctuary rather than the external busyness.

𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙚𝙣𝙫𝙞𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙙𝙤𝙚𝙨𝙣❜𝙩 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙢𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧

I know how it feels to have the "busyness" of the world dictate your pulse.

But there is a secret held within the R.E.A.L. framework:

𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙤 𝙙𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙙𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙨 𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙚

When we practice withdrawing energy from outward movement through the senses, we stop letting "what is happening around us" drain our vitality.

We redirect that energy inward and upward, anchoring ourselves in an Inner Sanctuary that no external circumstance can touch.

The decision to 𝘼𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙣 is the decision to be the calm center of your own storm. And once you find that center, everything that follows—your work, your family, your health—is shaped by that peace.

I truly am blessed to have found her teachings a few years ago. I hope you enjoy listening, it's 15 minutes that I know can have a huge impact.

True happiness is not the fruit of years of painful struggle and anxiety. It is a long succession, rather, of little decisions simply to be happy in the moment. As my Guru said, “The minutes are more important than the years.”

Look at the structure of this Allium.

Each tiny floret reaches outward, yet they are all anchored to one central stem, one source of life.

In our own lives, we often find ourselves scattered—our energy pulled in a hundred different directions by the "busyness" of the world and the constant stimulation of our senses.

We become like a flower whose petals are being blown in the wind, losing our center.

The R.E.A.L. path is like returning to the architecture of this flower

In week one and two we

𝗥.est & 𝗘.ase

We stop the outward struggle.

In week three we

𝗔.lign

We begin withdrawing energy from outward movement and look at simple ways of redirecting that flow inward to the spine.

Then we

𝗟.ive the method in everyday life (well, technically we do this from week one, but the plan is that by week 4 you have the tools)

Over the four weeks you learn to move your consciousness upward to the **Spiritual Eye**, where all those scattered "florets" of our daily tasks finally meet in a single point of calm.

When you align your energy this way, you don't just feel better—you become a vibrant expression of the sanctuary you've built within.

Today, ask yourself:

Resting in the Roots, Rising in the spring Light 🌷

There is a quiet intelligence in the spring garden.

These flowers in my garden didn’t rush their way through the winter; they waited, anchored in the stillness of the ground, until the rhythm of nature called them upward.

Often, we try to force our own "blooming" through sheer effort and labour. (Been there, done that😏 it doesn't work!)

But true vitality—that deep, sustainable energy—comes when we first learn to 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙩 and 𝙀𝙖𝙨𝙚
in our own inner sanctuary.

By redirecting our energy from the outward busyness of the world and drawing it back to the centre, we allow our own inner life to unfold with the same grace as these petals.

This Bank Holiday, give yourself permission to simply be.

You don’t need to perform to be worthy of the sun.
